MTN Uganda has introduced the MTN Wi-Fi SIMU, a comprehensive solution tailored for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This device integrates three essential business services—fixed phone line, high-speed internet, and mobile money payments—into one convenient package.
The MTN Wi-Fi SIMU offers SMEs a multifunctional tool that combines a fixed phone and internet router, ensuring seamless connectivity for both voice calls and internet browsing. A key feature is the dedicated 039-business number, which helps businesses maintain professional communication channels distinct from personal ones.
In an era where reliable internet is crucial, the MTN Wi-Fi SIMU provides high-speed internet through MTN’s robust 4G+ network, supporting up to 32 devices simultaneously. This ensures that employees, customers, and guests can stay connected, enhancing productivity and overall experience.
Additionally, the MTN Wi-Fi SIMU includes a free MoMo Pay merchant code, enabling businesses to accept mobile money payments, thus eliminating cash transactions and the associated risks.
To maximize the device’s potential, MTN Uganda offers affordable combo bundles. The starter bundle features 7.5GB of data, 500 minutes of calls to MTN numbers, and 100 minutes to other networks, providing a cost-effective solution for business communication needs. These bundles are available for renewal every 30 days via 1771# or the myMTN app.
Businesses can acquire the MTN Wi-Fi SIMU at any MTN Service Center or through MTN’s direct sales agents. Activating the MoMo Pay merchant code is simple: dial *155# on the device, enter business details, and receive a unique merchant code within 24 hours.
